Many people all over the world traveled to the States to follow the American dream… Raluca left Romania to pursue her studies & career and found much more: Dean. It was love at first sight and the couple decided to get married to make sure any legal impediment would not put a distance between them.
10 years later they chose to plan the wedding of their dreams and invited friends and family to join them in the Turks and Caicos to celebrate. Raluca and Dean stayed at Beaches Resort but hosted their special event at The Somerset exclusively to use Brilliant by Tropical Imaging’s services to capture their story: what an honor!
The most beautiful gown and shoes were waiting for me to photograph them – love the buttons on the back
Raluca collected a series of inspirational pictures and presented it to me – I was expecting to see images from famous photographers and magazines, but instead on the printout there was only my work. She has been my biggest fan ever and the pressure was rising!

I wanted to capture a picture of the brothers but keep the focus on Dean
Raluca was really excited to have her pictures taken and she allowed me to get creative, without worrying about dirtying her dress
Yes, I took some traditional shots of her, but the edgy look was my favorite

Raluca and Dean prepared an unique present for each guest. The Christmas tree that decorated the O’Soleil restaurant complemented this special touch
