We’ve put together a few lists of our favorite things to do in Turks and Caicos and made them available for free on our website.A vacation planning guide really.
The three new e-books include “Best beaches in Turks and Caicos”, Things to do with families in Turks and Caicos” and then finally a guide for those with children under five.
These guides are meant to be fun – we’ve no affiliation with any of the companies mentioned – these are all things we’ve done ourselves over the years!
We’ve had a great relationship with the Beaches Resort in Turks and Caicos over the years. I mean I helped paint the walls of the reception area BEFORE it was even a Beaches!!!! Such is island life 
As it turns out we’ve noticed over the last few months that more and more brides having destination weddings have been contacting us wanting something “more” than can be offered by the on-site, in-house photography crew at the resort. Nothing wrong with that and kudos to those brides for wanting to take their wedding to a new level! So to answer that need we’ve put together a special “upgrade” for Beaches brides this year…
Even though we have been blogging about the fun times we have with destination weddings, with honeymoon couples and families for a while now (4 years) it was still a great surprise to be invited to talk to other local companies in the TCI at a business lunch hosted by Digicel this week. The talk was to be about blogging – why blog, how to blog and a few tips we have picked up along the way – nice and simple!
Every bride dreams about the perfect wedding: the enchanted look of her husband-to-be when she is walking down the aisle, the kiss that “seals the deal”, the happiness of her guests, the amazing decorations, the magical first dance… But the fear that something will go wrong makes some brides wake up in the middle of the night with terrible nightmares!

One of the main barriers we come across is that guests staying at the various resorts in Turks and Caicos assume that “local” photographers are probably not that good and that the session itself will be painful, slow, boring with a lot of cheesy posing. Clearly once people SEE what we do they “get it” and want it So to that end we have made a quick DVD that we will give out via the concierge desks for families visiting the island. Of course our blog and website is also a great resource, but there are times, when people just don’t think about having some photography until they get onto the island. A quick new post on our blog about our new “green” studio. As the first of it’s kind in the Turks and Caicos, we are quite proud that we are leading the way and helping to spread the word about green build materials, techniques and methods. Click Here.
It’s also going to give us the best facility, showroom, office space and studio in the islands and really allow us to take our work and services to a whole new level. Can you tell we are excited !

We are getting more and more excited these days as our new studio comes to life. I was just onsite earlier this AM – it’s been a month – to capture a few progress pics and update our green blog. WOW it’s really coming along nicely. I am very happy with the quality, even at this “rough and ready” stage. It’s going to be great to get in and have this wonderful facility !!
